FAQs
Q: What ages is soft play designed for?
A: Our soft play equipment is designed for children ages 1–5 years old.
Q: How long is the rental?
A: Soft play rentals are for the day, with standard pickup by 8:00 PM, unless other arrangements have been made.
Q: How much space is needed?
A: Our standard setup requires approximately 12 x 12 ft of clear, level space. Additional space is required when adding a toddler bounce house or other add-ons.
Q: Can soft play be set up outdoors?
A: Yes! Outdoor setups are welcome, weather permitting. A covered backup location is required if rain is forecast.
Q: What happens if it rains or there is bad weather?
A: A backup location is required for outdoor setups. If there is a 60% or greater chance of rain, we will not setup outdoors and your setup will need to be moved to your backup location. Weather- related changes or cancellations are non-refundable.
Reservation & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Zelle, Cash, Cash App, and credit/debit cards.
Please Note: A 4% processing fee applies to card payments.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due the day before delivery.
Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
A: We offer free local delivery within Labelle. For events outside of Labelle delivery fees are based on distance and will be confirmed with your quote.
Q: Are there any requirements to reserve?
A: Yes, you must be 18 years or older, provide a valid photo ID, sign our Rental Agreement, and submit a 50% deposit to reserve your date.
